For the second consecutive year, Ibn Tofail University of Kenitra has excelled in the prestigious international ranking "QS World University Rankings: Sustainability" (QS-WUR 2025), released on Tuesday, December 10, 2024.
In this edition, Ibn Tofail University ranked first nationally in "Good Governance", as well as third in North Africa and eighth in Africa. Established 20 years ago, the QS World University Ranking is an international Ranking recognized as one of the top three globally. For this new edition, QS adopted a multidimensional analysis methodology to assess how higher education institutions address environmental, social, and governance challenges. This year's edition included 1,744 institutions from around 100 countries. Ibn Tofail University's placement in this international ranking is a significant achievement, underscoring its commitment to driving positive change locally, nationally, and globally through, among other things, the quality of its programs, research, community engagement, knowledge transfer, and governance. This prestigious recognition is a testament to the dedication and involvement of all components of Ibn Tofail University, including academic and administrative staff and students, in pursuing excellence and development, further enhancing the university's visibility and positioning on the international stage.
