As part of its commitment to fostering dialogue between academia and public institutions, Ibn Tofail University in Kenitra hosted the seminar of the 10th Edition of the Communicative Caravan on the Finance Law for the year 2025. The event took place at the university theater and brought together a distinguished group of academic and administrative figures, contributing to a rich and insightful exchange on key fiscal and economic issues.
The seminar was marked by the presence of the President of Ibn Tofail University and his Vice President, who welcomed a delegation of senior financial officials. These included the Regional Treasurer in Rabat, the Head of the Public Finance Department at the General Treasury of the Kingdom, the Regional Director of Taxes in Kenitra, and the Head of the Collection Department at the General Directorate of Taxes in Rabat.
Reflecting a strong spirit of institutional collaboration, the event also featured active participation from several academic bodies within the university, including representatives from the Faculty of Legal and Political Sciences, the Faculty of Economics and Management, and the National School of Business and Management. In addition, the President of the Researchers’ Forum at the Ministry of Economy and Finance contributed to the discussions, highlighting the important link between financial policy and academic research.
The 10th edition of the Communicative Caravan reaffirmed the importance of creating platforms where public finance experts and academic communities can engage in open, constructive dialogue. Such initiatives not only demystify complex fiscal policies but also promote civic awareness and scholarly contributions to national economic governance.
