Partners: ANAPEC – Ibn Tofail University
Event: 4 – 5 – 7 November 2025
As part of its commitment to supporting student employability and facilitating professional integration, Ibn Tofail University, in partnership with the National Agency for the Promotion of Employment and Skills (ANAPEC), continued its series of free training workshops aimed at strengthening students’ access to the labor market.
These workshops were designed to equip students and young graduates with practical and operational skills essential for a successful transition into professional life. Through an interactive approach aligned with labor market needs, the program focused on key stages of the recruitment process, while also promoting entrepreneurial awareness and initiative.
The program of this workshop series included three complementary sessions. On Tuesday, November 4, an initial workshop was dedicated to CV and cover letter writing, enabling participants to effectively highlight their academic background and professional competencies. On Wednesday, November 5, a second workshop addressed job interview preparation, including simulated interviews aimed at strengthening participants’ communication skills and self-confidence. The final workshop, held on Friday, November 7, focused on entrepreneurship, raising awareness of project creation opportunities and fostering an entrepreneurial mindset.
At the conclusion of each workshop, a certificate of participation was awarded to all attendees, acknowledging their engagement in this professional development initiative. All sessions were held at the Faculty of Languages, Letters, and Arts, Room 19, from 12:30 p.m. to 2:00 p.m., providing a supportive environment for learning and exchange.
Beyond their immediate educational outcomes, these workshops contributed to the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly Quality Education by promoting lifelong learning and skills development, and Decent Work and Economic Growth by enhancing employability, entrepreneurship, and access to decent work opportunities for young people. Furthermore, the partnership between Ibn Tofail University and ANAPEC reflected Partnerships for the Goals, highlighting the importance of collaboration between academic institutions and national employment agencies in achieving inclusive and sustainable development objectives.
Through this initiative, Ibn Tofail University reaffirmed its role as a socially responsible institution, committed to aligning academic training with national priorities and global development agendas while supporting the professional integration of its students.
