Over the course of three purposeful days, members of Ibn Tofail University’s Rotaract Club carried out a humanitarian caravan in the Taza region, demonstrating strong civic engagement and a deep commitment to community service. This initiative aimed to provide concrete support to local populations while promoting a sustainable and human-centered approach to social action.
One of the key components of the caravan was the distribution of food baskets to families facing challenging living conditions. These carefully prepared contributions addressed urgent needs while conveying a message of solidarity, dignity, and shared responsibility. Through such actions, the Rotaract Club reaffirmed its belief that effective humanitarian work must be grounded in empathy and respect.
At the same time, the initiative placed particular emphasis on education as a pillar of long-term development. Volunteers devoted significant effort to the renovation of a local school, working collectively to improve classrooms and learning spaces. Through repainting and restoration, the school was transformed into a safer, brighter, and more welcoming environment, one that supports students’ well-being and encourages academic engagement.
Beyond the visible results, the true significance of this initiative lies in its human dimension. The relationships built, the trust established, and the shared moments of cooperation have left a lasting impression on both the communities served and those involved in the initiative.
