Kenitra – 2026 | The Code 212 Center at Ibn Tofail University reached a major milestone in its mission to bridge the gap between academic learning and the professional tech industry. In a recent series of initiatives, the center successfully hosted a strategic workshop for the Huawei ICT Competition 2025-2026 and opened its doors for a new wave of student registrations on its national platform.
Empowering Tech Talents: The Huawei ICT Workshop
As part of an ongoing strategic partnership, Code 212 hosted a specialized workshop dedicated to the Huawei ICT Competition 2025-2026. The session aimed to sharpen the technical competencies of students and enhance their employability by connecting them with global industry standards. Participants gained insights into advanced technologies, including Cloud Computing, AI, and Network Security. This collaboration underscored the university’s commitment to providing students with high-level exposure to the digital economy’s requirements.
Digital Skill-Building: The Code 212 Registration Campaign
Following the workshop, the center invited all interested students to join the CODE212 National Platform. This initiative was designed to unlock free training opportunities, allowing students to boost their digital skills and prepare for future-ready careers. The registration process offered access to exclusive workshops, professional certifications, and a wide array of tech programs provided by industry partners.
To facilitate a smooth onboarding process, students were directed to a comprehensive step-by-step registration guide. The university provided a dedicated digital link and a QR code on official flyers to streamline access. Furthermore, the center established a proactive support system, encouraging any students who encountered issues with account activation or platform access to contact the technical team at code212@uit.ac.ma.
These initiatives at the Code 212 Center directly advanced several international development objectives:
