On June 10, 2026, Ibn Tofail University proudly hosted the third day of the IEEE World Technology Summit 2026, a major international event dedicated to exploring the transformative potential of Digital Twins and digital transformation in Morocco and across Africa.
Organized in collaboration with the Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Services of the Rabat-Sale-Kenitra Region (CCIS-RSK), Hassan 1st University, and Mohammed V University, the summit brought together renowned researchers, academics, industry leaders, policymakers, and technology experts to discuss emerging technological innovations and their role in shaping sustainable territorial development.
The event provided a dynamic platform for exchanging knowledge and best practices on the implementation of Digital Twin technologies, which are increasingly recognized as powerful tools for optimizing infrastructure, improving resource management, enhancing industrial performance, and supporting data-driven decision-making.
