The Career Development Center (CDC) of Ibn Tofail University is pleased to share with its students an exciting opportunity to participate in the 7th Edition of the Lalla Meryem Prize for Innovation and Excellence, organized by the National Union of Moroccan Women (UNFM). The initiative is dedicated to women and young girls in Morocco who are developing innovative projects and initiatives.
The Prize provides an opportunity for participants to showcase their innovative ideas, projects, and initiatives while contributing to the promotion of creativity, entrepreneurship, and excellence among young women. Through this initiative, participants can highlight their achievements, share their innovative work, and gain greater visibility for their projects.
Applications are open from 1 September to 31 October 2026, and participation is conducted entirely online. Students interested in taking part are encouraged to submit their applications within the specified deadline and carefully review the eligibility requirements and participation modalities.
The Career Development Center encourages Ibn Tofail University students, particularly women and young female project holders, to take advantage of this opportunity to present their innovative projects and contribute to a culture of innovation, creativity, and excellence.
This initiative also contributes to the achievement of several United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly Gender Equality, by promoting opportunities for women and young girls to showcase their innovative projects and participate actively in innovation and entrepreneurship. It also supports Quality Education by encouraging young people to develop their skills, creativity, and capacities, and Decent Work and Economic Growth by fostering entrepreneurship, innovation, and opportunities that can strengthen young women’s professional and economic participation.
