Event: November 3 ,4 / 2025
On November 3 and 4, 2025, the National School of Business and Management of Kenitra (ENCG Kenitra), part of Ibn Tofail University, hosted a blood donation campaign organized by the Lions Club ENCG Kenitra, in collaboration with the school’s administration.
This humanitarian and community outreach initiative reflects the university’s commitment to health and well-being, public health, social responsibility, solidarity, and community engagement. The campaign aimed to raise awareness about the importance of blood donation, encourage voluntary participation, and promote a culture of solidarity and mutual support within the university community.
Through this initiative, students were encouraged to become active contributors to society by participating in meaningful volunteering and community service activities. Blood donation plays a vital role in supporting healthcare systems, maintaining adequate blood supplies, and helping save lives, particularly in medical emergencies and critical healthcare situations.
The campaign also contributed to strengthening health awareness, health promotion, civic responsibility, and student engagement. By encouraging students to participate in humanitarian initiatives, ENCG Kenitra promotes a culture of volunteering, social inclusion, and collective responsibility while highlighting the important role of higher education institutions in addressing public health challenges and supporting community well-being.
Furthermore, this initiative demonstrates the importance of institutional cooperation, student-led initiatives, and partnerships in implementing activities that generate positive social impact. The collaboration between the Lions Club ENCG Kenitra and the school’s administration illustrates how collective efforts can contribute to sustainable community development and reinforce the university’s social responsibility.
Through such initiatives, Ibn Tofail University reaffirms its commitment to being a socially responsible institution that actively contributes to community health, public well-being, student volunteering, social solidarity, and sustainable development.
