In an effort to enhance academic and educational exchange between institutions, Ibn Tofail University, in partnership with the American Language Center, organized an important seminar on the “English Language Teaching Training Initiative.” This seminar aims to improve teaching skills and introduce modern methods for teaching English, featuring participation from a group of international academics who shared their expertise to help university students understand the fundamentals and methodologies of teaching this global language.

The seminar was distinguished by the presence of a select group of professors and specialists in the field of English language education, who delivered presentations and interactive workshops covering key topics. This event provided students with a valuable opportunity to engage directly with international experts, allowing them to benefit from diverse and advanced educational experiences.
Ibn Tofail University and the American Language Center reaffirmed their commitment to ongoing collaboration and joint efforts to improve the quality of education and provide advanced training opportunities in the field of English language teaching. Following this, a collaboration was established between ALC Kenitra and Ibn Tofail University under the English Teaching Internship Initiative (ETII) program. This innovative partnership aims to hire and train BA and MA graduates from Ibn Tofail University, providing them with advanced training and a Cambridge TKT certification, free of charge. This certification enables graduates to become certified English teachers, qualified to work in both the private and public sectors. Through this, participants will engage in dynamic programs including advanced English language courses, pedagogical workshops, and hands-on teaching practice. Graduates will benefit from the combined expertise and resources of both institutions, gaining valuable skills and perspectives to thrive in their teaching careers.
