Ibn Tofail University hosts an inaugural lecture on “Managing State Disputes” with the presence of the Kingdom’s legal representative

The Faculty of Legal and Political Sciences at Ibn Tofail University in Kenitra launched its new academic year on Wednesday, November 13, 2024, with an inaugural lecture delivered by Professor Abdel Rahman El-Metouni, the Moroccan Kingdom’s legal representative.

The lecture, entitled “Managing State Disputes in Light of the Challenge of Administrative Efficiency and the Necessity of Upholding Legitimacy,” addressed critical issues at the nexus of state governance and legal frameworks. This significant event was attended by Mohamed Larbi Kerkeb, President of Ibn Tofail University, and the Dean of the Faculty of Law, underscoring the institution’s dedication to fostering intellectual exchange and collaboration between academic scholars, legal professionals, and practitioners in the field.
