The workshop was led by Paula Beudean, CEO and founder of C.School for Creative Acts in Cluj, Romania, who brought her extensive expertise in creative confidence, entrepreneurship, and human-centered design to the Ibn Tofail University community. Through a hands-on and interactive approach, participants explored the fundamentals of design thinking, focusing on idea generation, creative problem-solving, empathy-driven innovation, and experimentation. The sessions encouraged students to think boldly, collaborate effectively, and design solutions that respond to real-world challenges.

This initiative reflects the strong spirit of international academic exchange between Romania and Morocco and highlights Ibn Tofail University’s strategic vision to equip students with future-ready skills in entrepreneurship, innovation, and startups. By bridging theory and practice, the workshop offered participants practical tools to build businesses from ideas to impact. At the end of the program, participants received certificates of participation, marking an important step in their entrepreneurial journey and reinforcing the university’s role as a catalyst for innovation and creative learning.
