Event : 13 April 2025
As part of its commitment to enriching student learning and promoting a culture of reading, students from the School of Education and Training at Ibn Tofail University organized several educational visits to the International Book Fair (SIEL 2025), held in Rabat throughout April.

On April 13 and 16, students from the Master’s program in Pedagogical Innovation in Humanities and Social Sciences, led by Professor Rabii Hammou, explored the latest academic publications in their fields of study. Their visit also included meetings with national institutions, which generously offered scholarly materials and expressed interest in future collaboration.
On April 25, members of the Tosna Cultural Club took part in the fair, attending various conferences and witnessing the book signing of Introduction to Amazigh Literature by Professor Youssef Al-Moutanabi, a graduate of the university. This added a unique cultural and linguistic dimension to their experience.
Finally, on April 26, students from the Arabic Language Department at the Higher School of Education and Training (ESPE) visited the fair under the guidance of Professor Said Bakkour. Their trip focused on discovering heritage and contemporary publications, both for academic use and general knowledge.
These visits offered students meaningful opportunities to engage with current literary and scholarly trends, deepen their research perspectives, and participate actively in Morocco’s vibrant cultural landscape. They also reflect the university’s sustained effort to blend academic training with experiential learning.
