Ibn Tofail University Launches a Series of Professional Development Workshops in Partnership with ANAPEC

Event : October 14–16, 2025

As part of its commitment to enhancing students’ employability and strengthening their readiness for the labor market, Ibn Tofail University, in partnership with the National Agency for the Promotion of Employment and Skills (ANAPEC), organized a series of free professional training workshops from October 14 to 16, 2025. This initiative reflects the university’s continued efforts to provide students with practical tools that complement their academic learning and prepare them for successful career paths.

The program included three targeted workshops addressing key components of professional integration. On Tuesday, October 14 participants attended a session on “CV and Cover Letter Writing,” designed to equip students with the essential skills to present their profiles effectively. The workshop on Wednesday, October 15, focused on “Job Interview Preparation and Simulation,” offering hands-on guidance and mock interviews to help students navigate recruitment processes with confidence. The series concluded on Thursday, October 16, with a workshop dedicated to “Entrepreneurship,” encouraging students to explore innovative project ideas and develop an entrepreneurial mindset.

Held at the Faculty of Economics and Management (Red Auditorium) from 12:30 to 14:00, the workshops attracted significant interest, with limited seats ensuring an interactive and personalized learning experience. All participants received a training certificate upon attendance, reinforcing the university’s dedication to fostering professional skills, supporting youth employability, and building stronger bridges between higher education and the job market in Morocco.

This initiative strongly aligns with several Sustainable Development Goals, particularly Quality Education, Decent Work and Economic Growth, and Partnerships for the Goals. By providing students with practical skills, career preparation, and entrepreneurship training, the university advances inclusive and equitable education while supporting youth employability. The collaboration with ANAPEC further reinforces strategic partnerships aimed at empowering students, strengthening professional integration, and promoting sustainable economic development.
