Fasting, Nutrition, and Health: Advancing Food Security and Sustainable Diets at Ibn Tofail University

In 2023, the Laboratory of Natural Resources and Sustainable Development at Ibn Tofail University’s Faculty of Sciences in Kénitra hosted an engaging conference titled “Fasting, Nutrition, and Health.” Held in Amphi I, the event provided a comprehensive exploration of the complex relationships between fasting, dietary habits, and overall health through a series of informative lectures and discussions.
