As part of its ongoing commitment to civic engagement and institutional outreach, Ibn Tofail University organized an official visit to the House of Representatives for the Student Office of the Faculty of Legal and Political Sciences. Held on 20 November 2025, this initiative reflects the university’s dedication to connecting academic learning with national institutions and promoting a deeper understanding of public governance among its students.
The delegation was warmly welcomed at the heart of Morocco’s legislative institution by the Departments of Legislation and Public Relations. During this visit, students had the distinguished honor of meeting the Minister of Justice, who shared insights on legislative processes, legal reforms, and the responsibilities inherent in upholding the rule of law. This exchange offered students a rare opportunity to engage directly with a key figure in the justice system, enriching their academic perspective with real-world experience.
The visit continued with the delegation attending the Prime Minister’s oral question session. Observing parliamentary debate firsthand allowed students to gain a clearer understanding of the mechanisms of democratic governance, the dynamics of political discussion, and the importance of accountability in public office.
