Student Life Center (CVE)

The CVE is the university’s central structure for coordinating student initiatives, supporting clubs and student offices, and giving visibility to student activities across the campus.

About the CVE

Ibn Tofail University created the Student Life Center (CVE) to bring together all student-related activities under one single structure. For several years, the university has supported student initiatives that animate campus life; the CVE now capitalises on that experience and helps to coordinate resources, communication, and logistics.

Main missions

The CVE has four core missions defined by the university:

  • Encourage student engagement (associative, solidarity-based or academic) to help students acquire skills, develop citizenship, and improve their integration.
  • Support cultural and artistic activities by helping to manage and organise events such as debates, exhibitions, concerts, and theatre shows initiated by students.
  • Organise and manage sports activities with qualified staff, allowing UIT students to join teams and participate in national and international competitions.
  • Ensure communication on student activities (clubs, events, information) through dedicated channels, and make it easier for students to access guidance and university services.

Bringing these four missions together under the CVE allows students to contact a single, visible unit for socio-cultural and sports activities.

Student organisations & unions

Student organisations at Ibn Tofail University contribute to a dynamic and inclusive campus environment. They provide spaces for creativity, teamwork, and personal growth, allowing students to express ideas, take initiative, and engage in cultural, social, and academic projects.

Through collaboration and shared purpose, these student unions and associations strengthen community life and promote participation, leadership, and mutual support among students.

The diagrams below present the overall organisation of student unions and clubs within the university ecosystem, highlighting their diversity and active contribution to campus life.
